October 1st, Saturday
A first time for new Bares friends, and didn't they do well? a splendid fun evening with everyone joining in the spirit of the Western theme. Quizzes and cowboy chow to match, thanks guys it was a great success!
November 5th, Saturday
Great Harwood will be the venue RnC have decided that the date could be either fireworks or a slightly belated Halloween. We are promised an evening of traditional parlour games, food and fun. our hosts will be supplying food as usual for which, a £4 per couple contribution, please - and don't forget your usual bottle.
December 3rd, Saturday
Christmas Party at Tarleton SnC will be hosting our traditional Xmas sing song and silly games time, complete with their usual wonderful repast, and not to be missed. £2 per person will be appreciated to help with the food and don't forget the traditional admission fee of 'bring a bottle'.
December 31st, Saturday
Nude Years Eve Party at Rita and Dave's in Edenfield. This will be a Jacob's Join so everyone should bring whatever they fancy to eat (just enough for two, please) but don't expect to get your full share 'cos everyone will be sampling your dish(es). Party till 1am and don't forget to bring a bottle of your favourite tipple.
February 4th, Saturday
Down Cheadle way with more new Bares friends no theme mentioned so far, but I bet they'll come up with something. I'll try to keep you posted. £2 per Bare, please, and 'bring a bottle'.
March 3rd, Saturday
Partington again After the success of their Western night in October, I'm sure this will be well worth attending (what will the theme be this time?), put it in your diary, now!. £2 per bod for grub please and the traditional 'bring a bottle'.
